I see some attorneys on TikTok and Instagram that discuss their everyday practice and talk about some types of cases they take (minus identifying information, of course), and they have established a following that consists not just of attorneys, but of all types of people, including those who seek legal representation.

    I think one of the most important points you made is that it is necessary to have a legitimate online presence to establish credibility. If I look up a business and they don't have a decent website, it immediately makes me skeptical that the business is hiding something.
