  1. I am very weary of AI chatbots no matter the industry that uses them. Oftentimes, it is frustrating that the limited scope of their help does not address my concern. PayPal has a robot to "help" you with various issues, but for some reason the choices it gives never seem to be on point to the issue. This is especially true when there is a financial componenet involved. While handling most transactions online is convenient, I'm not sure that a chatbot can always solve more complicated issues. Law firms should be very careful using chatbots on their websites. There could be serious ramifications if the robot goes rogue and the law firm could have numerous problems as a result.
